Palm oil

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 13: Malaysian crude palm oil prices faded on Wednesday as bullish sentiment gave way to a recent run of weak data, dealers said. Malaysian crude palm oil prices have risen 35 per cent this year, and industry analysts say they expect prices to climb by 10 per cent or more into the first half of next year.

But signs this week that Malaysian palm oil stocks are rising and exports falling finally tested the will of buyers in the afternoon session on Wednesday and led prices to end lower.—Reuters
