MULTAN, Dec 12: Pakistan umpire Zameer Haider will make his debut as the field umpire in the fourth One-day International between Pakistan and the West Indies at the Multan Cricket Stadium here on Wednesday.

A delighted Zameer told Dawn that for him it was a great achievement, adding it looked like a dream come true.

Zameer said he would dedicate his success to his late father as it was the result of his prayers. Zameer’s father died in April this year.
