Car stolen
SIALKOT, Dec 11: Thieves took away a car of Dawn’s Sialkot-based newsagent from his house in Model Town late on Sunday night. Humayun Iqbal Malik told journalists on Monday that he and his family members were asleep when thieves entered the house and took away the car (LWR-4468).
MELA: The annual `Faiz peace mela’, in memoriam of prominent poet Faiz Ahmad Faiz, began on Monday at Narowal district complex. The organisers told newsmen that prominent actors, actresses and singers participated in the mela. — Correspondent
