Chappell, Ganguly back on good terms

MUMBAI, Dec 9: Indian cricket team’s coach Greg Chappell and former captain Saurav Ganguly have settled their differences and reached a working relationship, it was reported in the Indian media on Saturday.

“Let me make it clear that whatever happened had nothing to do with personalities. It was not about Greg Chappell or Saurav Ganguly,” Chappell was quoted in Saturday's edition of Times of India. “It was all, what I thought, was good for Indian cricket.”

Ganguly was sacked as skipper and one-day player in October 2005 and dropped from the Test squad in February this year after a long batting slump and a row with Chappell.—Reuters
