KARACHI, Dec 9: The Sindh High Court has issued a notice to the ministry of petroleum and others for December 13 on the petition of a senior internal auditor of the National Refinery against his forced transfer and withholding of dues. The division bench comprising Chief Justice Sabihuddin Ahmed and Justice Faisal Arab, after preliminary hearing of the petition, issued notice to the respondents.—PPI
