KC Open commences today

KARACHI, Dec 8: The Karachi Club Open team event bridge contest gets under way at KC premises on Saturday.

To be played on 7-round Swiss movement under the aegis of Karachi Bridge Association, it carries a handsome purse for the winners.

According to format, three rounds of 16 boards will be played on the opening day while remaining four rounds will be held on Sunday.

This will serve as warm up for upcoming Kohat Cement bridge tournament being held at Lahore later this month and the regional trials for Sindh which are to take place from Jan 12.
