JSMM worker remanded

By Our Correspondent

DADU, Dec 6: The district and sessions judge on Wednesday remanded for three days a Jeay Sindh Muttahida Mahaz activist, Mahram Mallah, in an oil pipe line blast case. The court directed the Rukkan police to determine with the help of local experts whether foot prints of the accused were similar to those found at the site of the blast.

Mallah has been charged with damaging a Parco pipeline near Rukkan in 2,004 by detonating explosives planted on it. However, talking to journalists outside the court, he said he was innocent but police were forcing him to confess the crime. Police arrested him from Sehwan six days ago.
