LONDON, Nov 30: A Scottish schoolgirl who sparked an international custody fight by running away to Pakistan and was mandated to return to her mother in Britain “will run away again”, her father said in an interview published in The Daily Telegraph on Thursday.
Lahore High Court ordered on Wednesday that Molly Campbell, 12, should be handed over to officials at the British high commission in Islamabad within a week by her father Sajjad Ahmed Rana.
“You heard the judge's decision and that is that,” he told the newspaper.
“I am shocked. I don't know what to do ... She has gone to bed. For her it is the very worst scenario. She has said that she will run away again.”
