By A Sports Correspondent

KARACHI, Nov 29: The M. A. Jinnah Road indoor sports complex which was lying dormant for over three decades got a new lease of life on Wednesday when a Qatar-based firm and the Sindh government inked a deal at the Governor House for its construction.
