SWABI, Nov 28: Students of the Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute (GIKI) of Engineering Sciences and Technology, who won an Indo-Pakistan debating competition in September, will meet President Gen Pervez Musharraf at Aiwan-i-Sadr on Wednesday.

A spokesman for the institute told Dawn on Tuesday that Sri Venkateswara College University of Delhi had organised the competition from Sept 25 to Sept 29 and put the four top debating teams from Pakistan to face the four best debating teams from India.

The Debating Society of Pakistan selected the GIK Institute, LUMS, UET Lahore, and GCU Lahore to represent Pakistan. He said the GIK Institute fielded two teams.
