KARACHI, Nov 22: Three persons, including a woman, died in accidents on Wednesday.

Police said a speeding lorry knocked down a motorcyclist Noor Muhammad and his wife Zubaida, 36, in Steel Town. They were rushed to a nearby hospital where Zubaida was pronounced dead while her husband was admitted for treatment.

In a hit-and-run accident, a 50-year-old pedestrian died on Sharea Pakistan.

Police said Abdul Latif was crossing the thoroughfare when a speeding vehicle hit him. His body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.

In PIB area, a motorcyclist lost balance and hit his head against the road.

Police said Abdul Ghani was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead. The victim was a resident of Ranchorelines.
