KARACHI: SCBA body to meet tomorrow

KARACHI, Nov 22: Officiating president of the Supreme Court Bar Association Khwaja Naveed Ahmed has convened a meeting of the newly-elected SCBA executive in Islamabad on November 24.

Talking to newsmen at the Sindh High Court Bar Association premises on Wednesday, he said an 11-member bench of the Supreme Court has assigned the responsibility to him and he would keep the association functional in accordance with the mandate.

After the meeting on Friday, the executive committee would request for a meeting with the Chief Justice of Pakistan.
