Bodybuilder expires

LAHORE, Nov 21: Former Mr Pakistan Dr Javed Akhtar, 43, and secretary Punjab Bodybuilding Association was laid to rest at a local graveyard on Tuesday.

Dr Javed, who won first Mr Pakistan title in 1988, died after a severe heart attack on Monday night.

Besides winning the Mr Pakistan title for 10 years, the deceased had also claimed the Pakistan Mr Olympia title and a bronze medal in the Asian Games.
