KARACHI: Teachers seek regularisation

KARACHI, Nov 19: Cooperative lecturers of government colleges have demanded government to regularise their services on the basis of experience.

Talking to Dawn, a number of lecturers said that they had been teaching in the government colleges for the last some years on daily wages. They said they were unable to feed their children as the prices of daily use items had increased manifolds. They said, “We spent time in colleges with the hope that we would be regularised.”
