COLOMBO, Nov 18: The Sri Lankan navy and the Tamil Tigers made conflicting claims after a ferocious battle off the country’s western coast. The navy said it had sunk three boats while the Tigers said they had killed 10 sailors and sunk two boats in the clash off Viduthaltivu.
