KARACHI, Nov 18: Over 500 people, arrested for pillion-riding, were ordered to be released by various courts on Saturday. The accused were granted bail by the courts in different sums, ranging from Rs5,000 to Rs20,000.The judicial magistrate, East, Shamsuddin Junejo, ordered the release of as many as 150 motorcyclists. The magistrate initially gave them bail in the sum of Rs10,000 each. However, later he recalled his prior order and ordered their release without surety bonds.

The judicial magistrate, Central gave bail to 15 accused in the sum of Rs20,000 each, and the judicial magistrate, South, granted bail to 50 accused in the sum of Rs5,000 each.
