Trade accord
HANOI, Nov 17: Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and Chile's socialist President Michelle Bachelet agreed on Friday to speed up a plan to finalise a free trade accord between the two countries. The two held their first meeting since Abe took office in September on the sidelines of this year's Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation here, which will officially kick off on Saturday.—AFP
