Man stabbed to death in Mianwali

MIANWALI, Nov 16: A `malang’ was stabbed to death by a local municipal council employee outside the General Bus Stand here on Thursday.

Police said that Abdul Ghaffar of Ahmed Khanwala village stabbed Muzzafar malang (50) to death with repeated blows of dagger as soon as he came out of the bus. The people present there overpowered the accused and handed him over to the police.

Later, the accused told this correspondent that the deceased had been collecting money since long in the name of Allah by pretending himself as a religious man, but he was utilising all the money for his personal use.

City police have registered a murder case against the accused.
