KARACHI, Nov 15: Four ships carrying containers, crude oil and high speed diesel are due to arrive at the outer anchorage on Thursday, according to KPT sources. Berthing activity at the wharves was active where six ships, Swat, L.A. Khetarpal and Roseanne, tankers, Global Prince, Iran Shahryar and APL Dalian, to unload and load containers were berthed.

Five ships, Corin Thaikos, Iran Shahryar, Global Prince, San Jiang Kuo and Buldura departed on Wednesday, while Roseanne, APL Dalian, CMA CGM Simba, Hyundai Highway, Swat and Intrepid are due to sail out on Thursday.

Cargo handling activity was on the higher side of the daily average where a total tonnage of 87,412 tons comprising 14,865 tons of export cargo and 72,547 tons of import cargo was handled.

The following ships are due on Thursday: Johar, with crude oil, Sea Lion, with high speed diesel, Tower Bridge and Orient Independence, with containers.
