LAHORE, Nov 13: Ichhra police claimed on Monday to have arrested a drug-trafficker and seized 25 kilogramme hashish and an illegal pistol from him.
On a tip-off that Iftikhar alias Osama, carrying hashish, was going to Shah Jamal darbar, a special team, led by the Ichhra SHO, cordoned off the area and arrested the accused.
Accused Iftikhar, also a proclaimed offender, is a trained member of a banned religious outfit.
