ABBOTTABAD, Nov 11: A proposal to reconstruct the quake-damaged Hazara University at a cost of Rs6.5 billion has been submitted to the Provincial Earthquake Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Authority for approval, said vice-chancellor Dr Ehsan Ali at a meeting here on Saturday.
