These were the golden principles for a movement to base itself on. Muttahida Quami Movement was an ideological organisation, dedicated to serving humanity. It had to encapsulate itself against factors which have often been the root cause of destruction of many a movement in the past.
He remarked that although soul searching was the best way for arriving at correct conclusions, such a methodology was normally avoided by individuals and organisations.
