ISLAMABAD, Nov 4: Federal Information Minister Mohammad Ali Durrani has said that parliament would be taken into confidence over Bajaur raid in which over 80 people were killed.

He expressed these views while talking to reporters after inaugurating Lok Virsa festival here on Saturday.

He said that the government, the entire nation, parliament and the opposition members would be taken into confidence over the Bajaur air raid in the next Assembly session starting on Nov 10.

Responding to a question Durrani said that the government has so far not decided increase in power prices. He said that Nepra (National Electric Power Regulatory Authority) in mutual consultation with the government would decide about increase in power prices.

To a question about sale of two islands in Sindh, the federal minister said that the government could not take any step out of law.

“All the decisions have been taken after taking the Sindh government into confidence,” Minister Durrani said, adding that there were some doubts, which would be removed.
