Endesa sale
MADRID, Nov 4: Spain said on Saturday that it was easing the conditions it had attached to the sale of the power company Endesa to the German energy giant E.ON. “E.ON is not obliged to sell the production shares of the company”, Spain’s biggest electricity firm, the industry ministry said in a statement.—AFP
