SARGODHA, Nov 1: Muhammad Ashraf of Bhalwal lodged a report with police that his younger brother Arshad was married on Oct 29. Three unidentified people took him along with them the next day and he received a phone call from kidnappers on Tuesday from Islamabad who demanded Rs1 million ransom. Police are investigating. — Correspondent
