LAHORE, Oct 29: Thirty-one probables will attend the national football camp to be held in Islamabad from Tuesday to prepare a strong outfit for the 14th Asia Cup qualifiers' clash against United Arab Emirates and the 15th Asian Games.
The last match of the qualifiers will be held in Dubai on Nov 15, while the Asian Games are being staged in Doha, Qatar from Dec 1 to 15.
Pakistan had played five matches of the qualifiers, losing four and ending in a draw against Bangladesh. Besides, Bangladesh, UAE and Pakistan, the other teams in the Group 'C' of the qualifiers are Jordan, Oman, playing against each other on home and away basis.
The AFC has included Pakistan in the Asian Games football event considering it as emerging nation. Pakistan will face strong teams like Japan, North Korea and Turkmenistan in Group 'F'.
Bahrain-based Pakistani coach Salman Ahmed Sharida will conduct the camp.
