KHAIRPUR, Oct 19: A number of people, including women of the Qadir Dad Mashori village, Sobhodero taluka, carrying body of a minor girl Rehana, staged a demonstration outside the office of the DPO here on Wednesday. They raised slogans against police.
The villagers told newsmen that the Naushahro Feroze police raided the Qadir Dad Mashori village on Wednesday and forcibly entered into the houses of Karam Mashori, Sadat Mashori and thrashed the dwellers.
They alleged that an infant, Rehana Mashori, died due to police torture while Himath Ali and Nazeer Mashori, received injuries.
