ISLAMABAD, Oct 17: Pakistan Telecommunication Company (PTCL) has introduced new system for paying telephone bills by using PTCL Calling Cards. According to a press release, PTCL has further improved its state-of-the-art bill payment system, which enables PTCL Customers to pay telephone bills using PTCL calling cards.

The feature is unique in the sense that it provides customers with facility of paying their bills without standing in long queues.

For greater convenience of customers, PTCL has made arrangements for payment of up to three bills through their own telephone during a billing cycle. The new system would help PTCL customers save their time and avoid unnecessary delays.

To access this service a customer has to dial 1010 and then press 88# to enter UBP flow. From this menu, the customer is asked to dial 11# to pay for the bill and other options for related services.

System recorded instructions guide customer to accomplish his required tasks. In case of any further information, customer can contact PTCL calling card help line (0800 80808), which attends to customers’ queries round the clock.
