Training mix-up

NEW DELHI, Oct 9: England and South Africa were involved in a practice mix-up on Monday after both the teams arrived at the same nets.

“We had practice side by side and shared the nets,” an England spokesman said. “Both teams appeared to have been told (to go to the same nets), but it was sorted out. There were no issues.”

The sports complex had six nets, but three were concrete with both teams were keen to use the natural pitch, the South Africa spokesman said. “I was given to understand England arrived after we started practice.”
