Zeeshan hat-trick propels Keamari

KARACHI, Oct 8: A brilliant hat-trick by Zeeshan Asif gave Keamari Mohammadan a 5-2 victory over ten-man Baloch Mohammadan in KASB soccer league at CDGK Stadium on Saturday.

Keamari Mohammadan opened the scoring with a Zeeshan goal in the 19th minute which was equalised barely 60 seconds later by Ghulam Ali of Baloch Mohammadan.

Baloch Mohammad were reduced to 10 players when Tariq Taj was given marching orders in the 32nd minute .

The equaliser went in vain as Baloch Mohammad gifted their opposition an own goal in the 49th minute. Mahmood Ghazi made it 3-1 for the winners when he slotted home a 64th-minute penalty kick before Zeeshan grabbed his second in the 69th minute.

Ghulam Ali reduced the margin for Baloch Mohammadan with a 70th-minute strike, while Zeeshan came into action a minute later to complete his treble in style.

In another match, Karachi United got the better of Madhu Mohammadan 2-0.

United drew first blood through Sajjad Naqvi 23rd minute while Shahrukh Chaudhary netted the second in the 48th minute.
