Nine kiln workers rescued

MULTAN, Oct 5: Multan police recovered nine people from the custody of a brick kiln contractor on the direction of a local court here on Thursday.

Muhammad Tariq of Dorana Langah in his petition had submitted that the contractor and his secretary detained his nine relatives. The complainant, who escaped from the custody of contractor, said that Zainuddin had made a bogus document of Rs40,000.

At this, the judge ordered the Seetal Mari police to recover all the detainees which the police recovered and presented them in the court.

Those presented before court were: Nazia Bibi (20), Faisal Khan (5), Muhammad Shahbaz (4), Mani (2), Ranjha (10), Rano Mai (18), Khan Muhammad (5), Chand (3) and Samina Bibi (2).

The court freed all the family members.
