KARACHI, Oct 5: A young woman, wife of Waseem Ahmed, an estate agent, was killed by unknown persons in the Defence area on Thursday.

Waseem Ahmed returned to his apartment in the Badar Commercial area a little before Iftar.

Despite several knocks nobody opened the door and he heard his child crying inside. He broke opened the door and found the body of his wife Uzma Waseem, 24, in a pool of blood.
