LARKANA, Oct 2: All the 50 doctors and trainee nurses at the Public Health School have not received their salaries since three months.

Sources told Dawn on Monday that since the Asian Development Bank-funded Women’s Health Project was merged into the Sindh Health Department in July this year the staff had not been paid salaries.

The ADB had sponsored and run the project successfully for five years and then handed it over to the Sindh government.

He said the department was waiting for a notification that might come within a couple of days.
