Six killed in truck-coach collision

TIMERGARA, Oct 2: Six people, two of them brothers, were killed and four others sustained injuries in a head-on collision between a coach and a truck near Ouch here on Monday.

The ill-fated coach was going from Timergara to Peshawar when it collided with the truck, 25 kilometres east of here, killing six passengers on the spot and injuring four others.

The victims were identified as Said Akbar Shah and his brother Yar Hussain, Sahibzada, Ismail and Khalid. Name of the sixth victim could not be known.

The injured were taken to hospital, where they were stated to be in stable condition.
