PESHAWAR, Sept 29: Lynne Tracy, a career foreign service officer, returned to Peshawar to take up her duties as principal officer at the US Consulate on Sept 19.
Ms Tracy previously served in Peshawar from 1995-1997 on her first overseas assignment.—Bureau
