By Our Correspondent

SWABI, Sept 28: The Government Degree College of Chota Lahore was closed for three days after a clash between two groups of students here on Thursday.

Four students – Mohammad Jasim and Salman Khan of the second year and Yasir Khan and Wasil Khan of the third year – were injured. They were taken to a nearby hospital.

One group was led by third year students Sawar Khan and Bakhat Zaman and first year students Faizullah Shah and Muzamil Shah and the other led by Mohammad Jasim and Salman Khan and Yasir Khan and Wasil Khan.

The clash occurred after a ragging incident.

KILLED: A man killed his son-in-law in Shaikh Jana village here on Thursday.

Zahid Ali Shah had married the daughter of Zahir Shah. Both belonged to Shaikh Jana village.

After some time, Zahid divorced his wife and married her sister i.e. his former sister-in-law without the approval of girl’s father Zahir Shah.

This led Shah to kill Zahid.

Police have registered an FIR against Shah and started investigations.
