KARACHI, Sept 26: The demolition squad of Karachi Building Control Authority demolished and sealed a number of illegal constructions in various parts of the city on Tuesday.

The KBCA described Project VIP City View as illegal on charge of violation of building bylaws and banned its advertisement and sale.

According to KBCA, a demolition team pulled down illegal constructions raised on compulsory open space on Plot No 221-2, PECHS in Jamshed Town and removed the shuttering while RCC roof and partition wall on Plot No 123-T, Block-2 were demolished and shuttering for further construction removed.

Another team demolished illegal roof, partition walls and bath rooms raised on compulsory open space in front of first and second floors on Plot No 205, Block-3, Bihar Muslim CHS while

RCC columns and partition walls on Plot No E-3, Mohammed Ali CHS were demolished.

KBCA issued notices for sealing of the site and booking offices of VIP City View project on FL--02, Sector 11-A, North Karachi.

People have been warned not to enter into any deal in respect of this project.—APP
