TASHKENT, Sept 25: Uzbekistan's President Islam Karimov told visiting South Korean Prime Minister Han Myung-Sook that his government expand bilateral energy cooperation, including through the supply of uranium, a spokesman for the president said on Monday. “We will continue working on agreements to develop energy resources: oil, gas, uranium and gold. We will further deepen and extend our cooperation with South Korea because we believe in you,” the spokesman quoted Karimov as saying.—AFP
