Pakistan lose reverse singles

LAHORE, Sept 24: Pakistan lost all five matches to China in the Davis Cup Asia Oceania Group-I play-offs at Beijing on Sunday to be relegated to Group-II.

Pakistan lost both its reverse singles when first Asim Shafik gave an easy sailing to Y Wang 6-0, 6-0.

Peng Sun outclassed Aqeel Khan in the last tie 6-2, 6-0 as Pakistan finished the tie on a dismal note.
