Shah Faisal Town in final

KARACHI, Sept 21: M. Sarfaraz struck twice to help Shah Faisal Town reach Munawwaruz Zaman Memorial Inter-school hockey final after a 6-2 victory over S.A.L School on Thursday.

Sarfaraz slammed home the opening goal in the sixth minute before netting his second in the 28th. Sohail extended the lead a minute later, while Laraib found the cage in the 42nd minute. Fareed slotted home the fifth before Rahman completed the tally with a 55th-minute goal.

Rizwan reduced the margin for the losers 60 seconds later, while M. Amin got the second goal for the losing side in the 59th minute.

In another semifinal, PIA Model School defeated Graceful Grammar School 5-4 on penalty strokes after the two sides were remained tied at 1-1 in stipulated time.—Sports Reporter
