Pre-qualifiers begin today
KARACHI, Sept 21: As many as 18 players from across the country will be appearing in the pre-qualifying rounds of the 6th Chief of Naval Staff International Squash Championship at PN Roshan Khan/Jahangir Khan Squash Complex from Friday.
Four players will join top 12 in the US$25,000 championship.
Those who have entered the pre-qualifiers include:
Naveed Atlas, Waqas Mehboob (PAF) Sohail Ahmed (Navy), Waseem Shad, Mamoon Rashid, Sajid Khan, Shahzad Khan, Alamzeb Junior, Fahim Gul, Khalid Atlas Khan (all NWFP), Shahroze Khan, Jahangir Khan, M. Naeem, Kashif Khan (all Sindh), Aqib Hanif, Shoaib Hassan (Punjab), Obaid Jahan (Balochistan).—APP
