KARACHI, Sept 17: The railways link between Kotri and Karachi has been restored after completion of the up-track diversion. An announcement by the Pakistan Railways said that the make-shift arrangements had been made at the RPN Bridge No85 and single-line traffic was started at 22:05pm on Saturday.
The following trains will originate and terminate at Kotri and Hyderabad stations till normal service is restored: — 3-Up/4-Down Bolan Mail, 19-Up/20-Dn Khushhal Khan Khattak Express, 149-Up/150-Dn Mehran Express, 151-Up/152-Dn Shah Latif Express and 301-Up/302-Dn Zarghon Express will originate and terminate at Kotri. — 29-Up/30-Dn Shah Rukne Alam and 37-Up/38-Dn Fareed Express will originate and terminate at Hyderabad. — 145-Up/146-Dn Sukkur Express may remain cancelled for another week.
The following trains will originate and terminate from Karachi City and Karachi Cantonment stations: — 1-Up/2-Dn Khyber Mail, 5-Up/6-Dn Sindh Express, 7-Up/8-Dn Tezgam, 9-Up/10-Dn Allama Iqbal Express, 11-Up/12-Dn Hazara Express, 13-Up/14-Dn Awam Express, 15-Up/16-Dn Karachi Express, 17-Up/18-Dn Millat Express, 25-Up/26-Dn Bahauddin Zakaria Express, 27-Up/28-Dn Shalimar Express, 31-Up/32-Dn Balochistan Express (via main line), 33-Up/34-Dn Super Express, 35-Up/36-Dn Faisalabad Express, 41-Up/42-Dn Karakoram Express, and 43-Up/44-Dn Burraq Express.-–APP
