Sindh cricketers protest against PCB

HYDERABAD, Sept 16: The members of Sindh Cricketers ActionCommittee Friday staged a protest demonstration against what they called an indifferent attitude of PCB towards the cricketers of Hyderabad region, which is based in 22 districts of Sindh.

Talking to the media the Chairman of committee Ghulam Nabi Khushk, General Secretary Karamat Ali Rajput and Treasurer Rafeeqe Wassan said injustice being meted out to the cricketers of Sindh has forced them to lodge their protest.

They alleged that players of Hyderabad region are being ignored though they perform superbly in domestic seasons.

Action body activists alleged that the best batsmen belonging to Hyderabad region in domestic matches were not included in national team.

They also alleged that Sindh's players are also being ignored in selection of Under-19 national team.

They said none of referees Match referee of PCB belongs to Hyderabad region.

They called for Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Shaharyar M. Khan to take notice of alleged injustices being meted out to the players of Hyderabad region.—APP
