SIALKOT, Sept 15: Heavy rain on Friday after dust storm inundated low-lying areas of the city. The rain began early in the morning and continued intermittently for the whole day. Weather turned a little bit cold.

The Met office forecast more rains in Sialkot and Narowal and catchment areas of Occupied Jammu and Kashmir during the next 24 hours.

Meanwhile, the Punjab government has declared Pasrur tehsil’s five flood-hit villages calamity hit. These are Nawaadey, Chak Loharaan, Jasso Lung, Chak Dhoodhu and Chak Machhaana.
