KARACHI, Sept 13: The centralised admission committee of Sindh education department on Wednesday announced a list of 4771 women applicants who have been selected for admission to first year science (pre-engineering) classes of 46 government colleges and higher secondary schools in the city.

However, the committee failed to give the exact number of students who applied for admission or grades of students who had been accommodated in the placement list.

Despite efforts, the chairman or secretary of the centralised admission policy committee could not be reached.
