KARACHI, Sept 13: Sindh Chief Secretary Fazlur Rehman on Wednesday warned private school owners against increasing fee annually without providing proper facilities. He directed the education department officials to approach private school owners and convince them for conditional increase in the fee once in three years in consultation with the parents of schoolchildren. —APP
