Vet killed
LAHORE, Sept 9: Four persons shot dead a local veterinary doctor at Chobacha crossing, Mughalpura, in the early hours of Saturday. Police said that an unidentified person came to the house of vet Suhail and asked him to go with him to examine his horse late Friday night. He along with his friend Gulzar was going on a motorcycle when the accused opened fire on him at the crossing. The doctor was injured and rushed to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. His body was removed to the city morgue for autopsy. His friend Gulzar remained unhurt in this incident.—APP
