The two were allegedly planning to smuggle the drug to Rawalpindi and subsequently to China via Gilgit.
According to an ANF statement, the accused Constable Mohammad Idrees and his accomplice Hazrat Hussain were arrested from the general bus stand as they were trying to board a Rawalpindi-bound coach.
The narcotics were concealed in four pairs of shoes and two waistcoats, the statement said.
