KARACHI: 9 cars, 33 phones stolen

KARACHI, Sept 8: At least nine vehicles and 33 cell phones were taken away by the bandits in different parts of the city. Police sources said two cars were snatched at gunpoint and six were stolen.

A motorcycle was snatched at gunpoint and two were stolen.

Ten cellphones were snatched at gunpoint and 20 were stolen while three mobile phones were reported missing on Friday.

Meanwhile, the Anti-Car Lifting Cell (ACLC) Karachi, Zone III apprehended six accused including the ringleader of an inter-provincial car lifter gang, and seized five snatched cars from their possession, PPI adds.
