TAXILA, Sept 7: A girl was killed, while her brother was seriously injured after their motorcycle was hit by a recklessly- driven passenger van in Wah Cantonment in the early hours of Thursday.
Police sources said Qadir along with his sister Zahida was going on his motorcycle to visit their brother who was in critical condition in POF hospital, when they were hit by the speeding van at POF hotel intersection. As a result, Zahida died on the spot, while Qadir was rushed to the local hospital in critical condition. —Correspondent
